If there's a reflection of a boat on water it will flicker, same thing happened on the edges of the water in the jetsky chase, bright colors were flickering as the water was wavy. After you run 'Display Driver Uninstaller' you'll be presented with a warning box, advising you to launch DDU in Safe Mode, I highly recommend you use DDU in Safe Mode to minimize any potential issues, however it's optional. The funny thing is, when it hands you the controls, you know the transition where camera moves, then you get control of the character, the moment I get control back the sky just pops back to normal from the grey/blue pale to normal blue sky with clouds etc.Īnother problem I have is reflections flickering. Once you've extracted DDU, open the DDU folder (or wherever you extracted it) and you should see several files, read the 'Readme' file, then launch 'Display Driver Uninstaller'. If it switched from someone's face, to a shot where the sky was in, the old picture will stay there in the sky and get all dragged around and mushed up as camera moved. It was way worse before I set the priority to high in task manager. Do you think doing this would fix the problems I have with cutscenes? Sky gets all weird in cutscenes and textures get dragged out if camera pans slowly, like if there's a light bulb with sky as background, then camera turns, that lightbulb will get like copy pasted on the sky as the camera turns away, making a line essentially.
